RETURNS & EXCHANGE
We offer a 10-day easy return and exchange policy. Products can be exchanged for size or damage issues. Refunds are issued as per policy.
Login to your account and request a return/exchange from the ‘My Orders’ section. Pickup will be arranged or you can self-ship.
Requests raised after 10 days of delivery aren’t accepted. Please raise your request within the 10-day window.
If you receive a damaged item, share photos and an unboxing video within 24 hours at help@lincolnparis.com for replacement.
If pickup is delayed, contact us at help@lincolnparis.com and our support team will reschedule it.
ORDER RELATED
All orders are shipped within 24 hours of confirmed payment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed next business day.
Shipping is free for all prepaid orders across India. COD orders may have additional charges shown at checkout.
Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email and WhatsApp. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours.
Please inspect the parcel from outside. If it looks tampered, refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
