At Lincoln Paris, your satisfaction with the quality and condition of your purchase matters to us. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
We offer a 48-hours easy exchange policy from the date of delivery.
Once the product reaches our warehouse and passes quality check, we will process your exchange.
EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY
We do not offer returns or refunds on any products.
We only offer exchanges, subject to the conditions below:
• An exchange request must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Unboxing video is mandatory only in case of damaged product claims.
Once exchange approval is given, we will guide you on how to ship the item back.
Shipping charges for exchange may apply as per the product and location, unless otherwise specified.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Lincoln Paris, we ensure strict quality checks before dispatch. Please review our policy carefully:
Returns (Refunds)
• Returns are accepted only within 2 days of delivery.
• Applicable only if you receive a damaged or incorrect item.
• A *valid unboxing video is mandatory* to process any return request. The video must clearly show the package being opened.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.
Refund, Returns & Store Credit Policy
Lincoln Paris strives to ensure customer satisfaction. In the event of any return, cancellation, or approved refund:
1. The mode of refund shall be determined at the sole discretion of Lincoln Paris, subject to applicable laws.
2. Refunds may be processed in the form of:
(a) Store credit,
(b) Discount coupons, or
(c) Refund to the original payment method.
3. In cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect products delivered, refunds shall be processed in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
4. For all other cases, including but not limited to size issues, change of preference, or non-defective returns, Lincoln Paris may issue store credit or coupons instead of monetary refunds.
5. All decisions made by Lincoln Paris regarding refunds, returns, and cancellations shall be reasonable, fair, and in accordance with applicable laws, and shall be final and binding.
Exchanges
• Exchanges are accepted within 2 days of delivery.
• You are required to share clear pictures of the received product before the exchange is approved.
• Reverse shipping charges of ₹150 and forward shipping charges of ₹100 will be applicable for all exchanges.
Lincoln Paris reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the above conditions are not fulfilled.

PICKUP & RETURN PROCESS
We will attempt to pick up the shipment twice, If the courier company is unable to complete the pickup, you will need to return the shipment yourself to our address.
Reverse pickup services are subject to availability based on your area pin code, If the pickup is not completed within 2 days of the request, please contact our support team to reschedule.
PRODUCT CONDITION
To be eligible for an exchange, the following criteria must be met:
1. Quality or Defect Issues:
The product must have manufacturing defects
Or must be in a condition that is not as described
2. Packaging & Tags:
The product should be unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
3. Photographic Proof:
Please provide clear photos showing the issue or defect along with your message.
4. Verification:
Our team may review the issue and verify the concern before approving the exchange.
What Is Not Eligible for Exchange
1-Products with visible wear and tear caused after delivery
2-Items damaged because of misuse
3-Items with missing tags or packaging
IMPORTANT NOTES
No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
