THE PRODUCTS THAT YOU BUY FROM LINCOLN PARIS ARE NON-RETURNABLE BUT ONLY EXCHANGEABLE.

You can exchange the products purchased from Lincoln Paris within the specified exchange period, i.e., 7 days.

We offer a pick-up facility in selected locations based on our courier serviceability.

If the reverse pick-up option is not available at your location, you can self-ship the product to us.

Exchange Policy:

Products purchased from our website are eligible for exchange only in cases of size issues, misfitting, or if the received product is damaged (wear and tear, missing tags, or a different product ID from the one ordered).

If you would like to exchange products purchased from Lincoln Paris, please follow the steps below:

  • You can initiate an exchange within 7 days of purchase under the “My Orders” section of the website. If your address is serviceable for exchange, you will be able to proceed and generate an exchange ID. Please note your exchange ID for future reference.
  • Place the product in a packet but do not seal it. Ensure the product is unused, unwashed, undamaged, and has all tags intact.
  • Products with any damage, wear and tear, or missing tags will not be eligible for exchange.
  • Hand over the original product to our delivery staff and receive the exchanged item. Ensure that you have the original item available at the same address selected for delivery of the exchange item.
  • You can track the status of your exchange requests at any time under the “My Orders” section of the website.

*Order value is calculated after applying discounts, VAT/GST, or any other applicable charges.

Pick-up:

If you select the pick-up option, please place the product in a packet, ensuring it is unused, unwashed, and all tags are intact.

Keep the packet ready and open to expedite the return pick-up. Our staff may inspect the product at the time of pickup, and a further quality check will be conducted at our Returns Desk.

Self-ship:

If your area pin code is not eligible for the pick-up service, please self-ship the product to our Returns Desk. Pack the product securely, ensuring it is unused, unwashed, and has all tags intact. Also, mention the Order No. and Return ID on a piece of paper and place it inside the packet.

Kindly address the package to the nearest Returns Desk, as listed in the designated section on this page.

We will send you a confirmation email once the shipment is received at our warehouse. You can track the status of your return request anytime on our website.

NOTE: NO PRODUCTS SHALL BE ACCEPTED IF THE WARRANTY CARD IS MISSING DURING THE EXCHANGE PROCESS.
