Return Policy

The products that you buy from Lincoln Paris are non-returnable and non-refundable but only exchangeable.
You can exchange the products purchased from Lincoln Paris within the specified exchange period, i.e., 7 days.

We offer pick-up facilities in selected locations based on our courier serviceability.
If reverse pick-up is not available at your location, you can self-ship the product to us.

Exchange Policy

The products that you purchase from our website will only be exchanged in cases of:

  • Size issues
  • Misfitting
  • Receiving a damaged product (wear and tear, no tags intact, or a product ID different from the one ordered)

If you would like to exchange products purchased from Lincoln Paris, please follow the steps below:

  1. Create an exchange request within the 7-day exchange period (check the product details page for the same) under
    the “My Orders” section of the website. If your address is serviceable for exchange, you will be able to proceed
    and generate an exchange ID. Please note down your exchange ID for future reference.
  2. Place the product in a packet but do not seal it. Ensure the product is unused, unwashed, undamaged, and has all
    tags intact. Products must not be exchanged if they are damaged, show signs of wear and tear, or lack intact tags.
  3. Hand over the original product to our delivery staff and receive the exchange item from them. Ensure you have the
    original item available at the same address selected for the exchange delivery.

At any time, you can track the status of your exchange requests under the “My Orders” section of the website.

*Order value is calculated after applying discounts, VAT, GST, or any other applicable deductions.

Pick-Up Process

If you select to schedule a pick-up, please place the product in a packet. Ensure the product is unused, unwashed,
and that all tags are intact. Keep the packet ready and open to expedite the return pick-up. Our staff may initially
examine the product at the time of pick-up, and a further quality check will be conducted at our Returns Desk.

Self-Shipping

In case your area pincode is not eligible for the “Pick-up” mode, you can self-ship the product to our Returns Desk.
Pack the product and ensure it is unused, unwashed, and all tags are intact. Please mention the Order No. and Return ID
on a piece of paper and place it inside the packet. Address the package to the Returns Desk closest to you.

We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we receive the shipment at our warehouse. At any time, you can track
the status of your return request on our website.

NOTE: No products shall be accepted if the warranty card is missing during the exchange process.
